Description of the PADI ReActivate Program:

Haven’t been diving in a while? The PADI ReActivate program is a quick and easy way to refresh your dive knowledge and skills. It’s ideal if you haven’t been diving for over 12 months or just want a confidence boost before your next dive trip. The day starts with a quick dive theory session, followed by practicing basic skills in our pool. Then, you’ll enjoy two fun dives at a maximum depth of 12m/40ft. The activity runs from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, giving you a relaxed and exciting dive experience.

Trips are available every day!

What to Expect:

  • 10:30 am: Meet at Xico Dive Center for a friendly introduction and registration.
  • Theory Class– Refresh the basics of scuba diving, including safety rules and essential skills.
  • Pool Session – Get comfortable in the water by practicing fundamental scuba skills in a controlled pool environment.
  • Boat Ride to Dive Sites – Head out on the boat for a short ride to the local reefs.
  • First Dive – Take your first dive into the colorful underwater world and explore the amazing marine life.
  • Surface Interval – Relax on the boat with water and cookies.
  • Second Dive – Dive into another beautiful reef, discovering more marine life.
  • Return to Dive Center – Head back to Playa del Carmen, returning around 3:30 pm

What is the Price of the PADI ReActivate Program in Playa del Carmen?

Price is 2,750 MXN per person for the ReActivate Program. Together with your instructor, you will go through dive theory, practice a few skills in confined water, and do a full ocean dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters.

Our meeting point is at our office located at Flamingos Street, between 40th Street North and 42nd Street North, on the corner next to the dive center, Zazil-Ha neighborhood, Postal code 77720 Playa del Carmen, Q.R.
Who should take the course?
If it’s been 12 months or more since your last dive, or you’re feeling a bit rusty, this course is perfect to help you rebuild confidence and review key skills.
What if I’ve forgotten a lot?
No worries! We’ll go at your pace. The goal is to make you feel safe and comfortable in the water again.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
If canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the trip date, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the prepaid deposit will be charged. No fee applies if the activity is canceled by Xico Dive Center or cannot be rescheduled due to rough sea conditions or medical reasons (if a valid certificate is provided within 24 hours after no-show or cancellation). Under no circumstances, if there is a cancellation and e-learning has been activated, you will not be refunded your deposit for the e-learning.
