Cancellation Policy
If canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the trip date, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the prepaid deposit will be charged. No fee applies if the activity is canceled by Xico Dive Center or cannot be rescheduled due to rough weather conditions.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, towel, biodegradable sunscreen (apply before pickup), closed-toe shoes, hat, sunglasses and cash for the $20 USD conservation fee.
Is this suitable for children?
Yes—ages 5+ can join all activities; younger kids can enjoy the jungle trails and cenote swim with a guide.
