If canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the trip date, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the prepaid deposit will be charged. No fee applies if the activity is canceled by Xico Dive Center or cannot be rescheduled due to rough weather conditions.
What should I bring?
Bring swimwear, towel, biodegradable sunscreen (applied before pickup), hat, sunglasses, sturdy sandals, and cash for the mandatory $35 USD park fee.
Is this tour suitable for children?
Yes—life vests are provided, and our guides keep a close eye on all ages. Recommended for ages 5 and up.
Can I see turtles without snorkeling?
Absolutely—if you prefer to stay on the boat, you’ll often spot turtles from the deck before and after snorkeling.
What happens in bad weather?
If snorkeling conditions are unsafe, we’ll extend time at the ruins or cenote swim instead, ensuring you still get a full experience.
