What To Expect:

  • 7:00 - 9:00 AM - Pick up from the Hotel Lobby in our air-conditioned van, ensuring a comfortable and convenient start to your adventure. Includes: Certified guide, bottled water, cereal bar, and banana to keep you refreshed and energized.
  • 09:00 AM - Arrival at the Cenotes Park, where the wonders of nature await your discovery.
  • 10:15 - 11:30 AM - Engage in a range of captivating activities within the cenotes, as you explore their hidden depths and marvel at their natural beauty.
  • 12:30 PM - Transportation back to the Hotels, ensuring a safe and relaxing journey home, filled with memories of your extraordinary adventure.

Cancellation Policy
If canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the trip date, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the prepaid deposit will be charged. No fee applies if the activity is canceled by Xico Dive Center or cannot be rescheduled due to rough weather conditions.
What should I bring with me?
Swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, waterproof camera if you like, reef-safe sunscreen, and any personal items (snacks, medications). We supply masks, life jackets, and bottled water.
Are cenotes suitable for children or beginners?
Yes, our exclusive cenotes are ideal for all skill levels, including children and beginners. Every participant will enter the cenote with a life jacket, ensuring safety and comfort in the water. Our experienced guides are there to assist and make sure everyone feels at ease, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all ages.
Can you swim in any cenote, or are there restrictions?
Most cenotes are open for swimming, though each may have unique guidelines to preserve its natural beauty. Our exclusive Ocean Tours Cenote is perfect for swimming, offering a serene and memorable experience with clear, refreshing water for all skill levels.
Do you pick me up from my Airbnb or private residence?
Yes, we will happily schedule your pickup from your Airbnb or private residence. As soon as you arrive at your destination let us know your exact location. For some locations, we have special nearby meeting points.
May I tip the driver and guide? Is it obligatory?
Tipping is not obligatory, but it’s a customary way to thank your driver or guide if you feel they’ve provided exceptional service.
