Terms and Conditions

1. Booking, Modification & Cancellation Fees

No-Fee Modification/Cancellation:
You may cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled trip date with no charge.

Late Cancellation / No-Show:
Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours before the trip, or failure to show up, will incur 100% charge of your prepaid deposit.

Force Majeure / Operator-Initiated Cancellation:
No fee will apply if Xico Dive Center cancels your activity, or it cannot be rescheduled due to:

  • Rough sea conditions
  • Medical reasons (with valid medical certificate submitted within 24 hours of cancellation/no-show)

E-Learning Deposit:
Once e-learning has been activated, the deposit for e-learning is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Transfers Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 days or more before: No penalty.
  • Cancellations 1 day before: 100% of the reservation charge.
  • Reimbursement (100%):
    Applies if:

    • The service provider cancels the transfer.
    • You present a valid medical certificate for illness.
  • No-Show:
    Failure to arrive at the scheduled time incurs 100% of the reservation charge.

3. Tour Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 days or more before: No penalty.
  • Cancellations 1 day before: 100% of the reservation charge.
  • Reimbursement (100%):
    Applies if:

    • The service provider cancels any booked/reserved service.
    • You present a valid medical certificate for illness.
    • Cancellations or changes made before 11:00 AM on the day before the tour.
  • No-Show:
    Failure to arrive on the scheduled date/time is non-refundable.
