Requirements for the Discovery Scuba Diving for Kids:
Children aged 10 years and older are eligible to participate in Discovery Scuba for Kids. While prior experience is not required, kids should feel comfortable in the water. Parental consent is necessary for participation.
Structure of the Discovery Scuba Diving for Kids:
Discovery Scuba Diving for Kids is an exhilarating introduction to the underwater world for children aged 10 years and above. This activity provides young participants with the opportunity to experience scuba diving in a safe and controlled environment. The session begins with a friendly introduction from one of our highly trained instructors, offering children an overview of scuba diving fundamentals and safety procedures suitable for their age group. Instructors guide them through the essentials of scuba equipment, including masks, fins, and regulators, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident underwater. Participants then proceed to practice essential skills in the pool, ensuring a fun and safe experience. Following the pool session, children embark on 2 shallow ocean dives, reaching depths no greater than 40ft/12m, under close supervision. Upon completion of the activity, participants receive a certificate from PADI, recognizing their accomplishment in completing the Discover Scuba Diving for Kids.
