Requirements for Scooter Diving :

Participants must be 12 years of age and have their Scooter Specialty Certification. We recommend participants to have ample buoyancy and previous experience in this activity.

A Day of Scooter Diving:

The two-tank ocean scooter dive activity offers an exhilarating way to explore diverse underwater sites. We offer 2-tank ocean scooter dives, both shallow and deep, based on your experience and preference. Before diving, our instructors always ensure the scooters are charged and in good condition, and review safety protocols, signals, and the dive plan during the briefing. For the first dive, divers gear up and enter the water from the boat, descending without using the scooter. Once at the planned depth, we begin propulsion, maintaining a controlled speed. After a 45 minute dive, divers will ascend and return to the boat. During the surface interval, divers will have time to rest and hydrate. The second dive follows the same process at a different location, ensuring safety protocols are followed and all divers stay together. A highly recommended adrenaline filled activity for divers looking for extreme excitement.

What is Included in the Scooter Diving Activity:

This activity includes 2 ocean dives, the scooter, the harness, and a compass. This activity does not include dive equipment, however we offer brand new rental equipment if needed. We also offer free Nitrox, if you do not have your Enriched Air (Nitrox) certification we offer the course if you are interested in diving with Nitrox.
