The Tern TX is the compact Shearwater choice for divers who want pressure integration and navigation without moving to a larger rectangular computer. Its high-contrast 360 x 360 AMOLED display and four-button interface keep the information density manageable on a 50 mm watch-style case.
Compared with the standard Tern, TX adds optional transmitter-based cylinder pressure and a three-axis tilt-compensated compass. It can connect to as many as four transmitters while retaining the same recreational scuba, multi-gas and freedive modes. Shearwater has concluded production of the limited-edition Tern TX, so Xico availability represents existing dealer inventory rather than an ongoing production line.
