For every full block of 10 qualifying paid package divers on the same booking, the booking earns one complimentary group-leader place on the same base package.

Ten qualifying paying package divers earn one complimentary group-leader place on the same base package.
2 group leaders dive free
Twenty qualifying paying package divers earn two complimentary group-leader places. The rule repeats for each full block of 10.

The 10+1 benefit, extras and payment rules are clear before you commit the group.
How does the 10 paid divers + 1 free group leader benefit work?
For every full block of 10 qualifying paid package divers on the same booking, the booking earns 1 complimentary group-leader place on the same base package. Ten paid divers earn one complimentary leader; twenty paid divers earn two. The benefit is based on the final qualifying paid package headcount and has no cash value.
Are upgrades, add-ons and rental gear free for the complimentary group leader?
The complimentary benefit applies to the qualifying base package. Optional upgrades, add-ons, rental gear and other extras are not automatically complimentary and are confirmed separately for the final group plan.
Can different people pay toward the same group booking?
Yes. Xico can record payments from the booking contact, named participants or another payer against the same group booking. The group keeps one booking and one outstanding balance while each recorded payment can preserve who paid it.
Can a group include divers with different certification levels or experience?
Often yes, but the workable itinerary depends on the selected package, certification levels, recent experience and the requirements of each dive. Send Xico the group range and we will confirm the suitable plan before booking.
