However, we offer an intense 3 day Emergency First Response (EFR) course. If you are interested in the intense 3 day course contact us for more information. This course is aimed at equipping participants with vital first aid and CPR skills essential for responding to medical emergencies. Open to both divers and non-divers, the course covers primary care techniques such as CPR, rescue breathing, and AED use, alongside secondary care skills like wound care and fracture management. To start, students will receive the Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care manual providing the information needed to participate in this course. Through a blend of theoretical instruction and hands-on practice, participants learn to assess and manage various medical emergencies, including bleeding, shock, and burns. Practical scenarios simulate real-life situations, fostering effective communication and teamwork in emergency response. Finally students will have a written exam reviewing everything they have learned. Upon completion of the course and a written exam, students will receive an email from PADI providing them with the Emergency First Response (EFR) certification.
